Katlyn loves the K-State Wildcats, she’s a coffee girlie, and she’s also a part-time counselor…which can low key come in handy on wedding days!

She's a full-time stay-at-home mom to three little ones, which means juggling chaos, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly is basically her second nature. Melody has always loved planning, organizing, and a good craft project, but what she loves most about wedding coordination is building real connections with her couples and their families. Getting to know them and being part of such a meaningful season is something she never takes for granted.

I love the quiet moment with the bride and her dad or whoever is walking her down the aisle. Even if she is just walking herself. There are so many emotions in that moment and I think it is really special.

Each wedding is such a fun, memorable event and now I can say I’ll be a Blush bride myself in the spring of 2026!
As a dedicated assistant, I support the lead planners behind the scenes. From double-checking details to perfecting place settings, I bring a sharp eye for detail and a calm presence. I thrive in the background by anticipating needs and making sure nothing is overlooked so the couple and planner can focus on what matters most.

She had the perfect balance of taking charge and making me feel special on the wedding day! Jenny helped me with the design of our wedding and I can’t thank her enough for all of her input and connections in the industry. She and her team were amazing.

I had the pleasure of working with Jenny and her Blush Events team for both of my daughters’ weddings in the fall of 2023 and can’t recommend them highly enough. Hiring Jenny was a gift to myself as much as to my daughters. She demonstrated through each meeting and communication her commitment to executing the brides’ visions while also making clear that on the wedding day our sole job was to enjoy the day, our people, and our party. Having Jenny on board meant that I could be at peace, knowing nothing would fall through the cracks. Of course, there were a few hiccups on the wedding day, but Jenny managed each situation, and I didn’t learn about them until days afterward. Jenny, Melody and the team were absolutely gracious, worked tirelessly and didn’t quit until takedown was complete. I’m forever grateful I was able to spend the wedding days celebrating with my daughters, family and guests!
